The Big Wheel D3 solid side utility trailer is made of galvanized steel. Featuring a unibody design, the entire structure is hot-dip galvanized to an average thickness of 70 microns, compared to 8 or 9 microns for sheet metal galvanizing, making it ultra resistant to rust. In addition, the embossed side panel sheet metal adds extra rigidity

The Big Wheel D3 solid side utility trailer features open stake pockets at all 4 corners, allowing you to easily add side extensions, canoe or boat racks, or raised ides to increase your argo capacity.
Safe and easy loading
The rear‑mounted folding ramp is easily accessible when loading and folds down neatly to reduce wind resistance on the road, improving fuel efficiency. Sturdy tie‑downs anchored directly to the frame rather than the floor ensure your cargo stays securely in place.
Extended life of wiring
All electrical wiring is routed inside the trailer frame to protect it from the elements. In addition, the ground wire is connected directly to the plug rather than being screwed to the frame, preventing lighting malfunctions caused by rust.
